Teamfortress 2 in game sprays with a classy nude woman engineer created from miss February 2012 of playboy magazine.  A fig leaf version is included for those who do not want banned from your favorite public servers. ;-)

If you are new to the game you can go to your in game options to the multiplayer tab and 'browse' to the image you wish to use.  In game get close to a wall, point at it, and hit the 't' key.
